My FITT Jumpstart Program is designed to get you into shape with low impact cardio and basic strength training. It’s comprised of 3 workouts: one cardio, one strength training, and one full body workout where we combine cardio and strength training.

My FITTer in 30 Program is designed for anyone ready and willing to take their fitness to the next level. This is where the Transformation Journey “kicks off full speed”. This program is not about becoming perfect or getting skinny in 4 weeks – it’s about getting stronger, fitter, and healthier than you were before you started!

I’ve created this 30 Day Workout Challenge to change up your workouts when you’re looking for a little variety. Every now and then if you feel like doing something a little different or adding a workout to your regular routine, try my challenge workouts.
